Maxim Enhances Driver Partner Professionalism through Seminars and Training
Maxim Indonesia has launched its Maxim Seminar and Training programme to improve the professionalism of driver partners and provide safer, more comfortable online transportation services for the public.Through a structured approach, Maxim offers guidance on registration processes, regulatory understanding, and operational training for drivers nationwide.
As demand for online transportation grows, Maxim is focusing on preparing drivers to deliver professional, safe, efficient, and reliable service. Face-to-face workshops at Maxim branches cover registration, document verification, Taxsee Driver app usage, and optimisation strategies for service delivery. The programme caters to both new and active drivers to keep them updated on evolving industry standards.
Workshop content includes onboarding new partners, using features such as Auto Mode and Filter, document processing guidelines, driving safety protocols, and income development opportunities. Participants are also introduced to additional earning streams on Maxim’s platform, including priority orders and vehicle branding programmes designed to provide more stable earnings.
Maxim collaborates organisations like Jasa Raharja, hospitals, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other entities to deliver relevant education. Recently, a two-week safety training session in Medan featured speakers from Jasa Raharja and RSU Eshmun, addressing road safety, emergency response, and driver protections.
Driver-partners enrolled in the vehicle branding programme receive benefits such as reduced commissions and priority order allocation. The initiative forms part of Maxim’s effort to create sustainable and accessible employment opportunities in the digital transport sector.
Dirhamsyah, Maxim Indonesia’s Development Director, stated the programme reflects the company’s commitment to building a more professional driver community that understands service standards and delivers optimal customer experiences. He emphasised that as Indonesia’s online transport industry grows, drivers must grasp operational standards, app features, and regulations. ‘Through this programme, we aim to equip driver partners with the tools to provide better service while opening broader opportunities within the industry,’ he said.
Dirhamsyah added that Maxim continuously introduces educational and mentorship programmes to ensure consistent service standards across all driver networks in Indonesia. ‘We believe such initiatives benefit not only drivers but also enhance public confidence in online transportation services overall. Maxim remains committed to working with driver partners to ensure safe, comfortable, and beneficial services for Indonesians,’ he added.
The Maxim Seminar and Training programme for driver partners is currently underway in various Indonesian cities as part of Maxim’s long-term commitment to support local driver communities and expand access to quality digital transportation services.
