Maxim Distributes Festive Bonus to 51,000 Driver Partners with 5,000 Per Cent Increase
Maxim has officially distributed Hari Raya bonuses to 51,000 driver partners across more than 100 cities throughout Indonesia. Development Director of Maxim Indonesia, Dirhamsyah, stated that the 5,000 per cent increase in bonus recipients from the previous year represents the company’s appreciation for the contributions and dedication of driver partners in supporting the app-based transportation service.
“The distribution of this Hari Raya bonus is a manifestation of our appreciation to driver partners who have become an important part of Maxim’s journey and development in Indonesia,” said Dirhamsyah during the bonus distribution event at Maxim’s Head Office in Jakarta on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.
Dirhamsyah expressed hope that this support would help improve the welfare of driver partners whilst strengthening the positive relationships established over time. He noted that the number of bonus recipients this year has increased significantly in line with the company’s rapid expansion across various regions in Indonesia.
“In recent times, Maxim has been massively opening new branches, reaching a total of more than 350 branches throughout Indonesia. This development has also been accompanied by an increase in the number of active drivers in various cities,” Dirhamsyah said.
Dirhamsyah explained that Hari Raya bonus distribution is determined based on productivity levels within the app, the quality of service provided to users, and compliance with company regulations. This approach is implemented individually, taking into consideration the performance and activity level of each driver, ensuring that the distribution process runs objectively and reaches the intended targets.
“In addition to Hari Raya bonuses, Maxim is also implementing various support programmes for driver partners during Ramadan,” he added.
Dirhamsyah announced that the company is introducing a zero per cent commission programme for driver partners with disabilities as a form of support towards more inclusive employment opportunities. He also stated that Maxim is distributing basic food packages and Lebaran hampers to driver partners across more than 55 cities throughout Indonesia during the Ramadan month.
“This programme is part of the company’s commitment to providing support to driver partners and strengthening the partnership relationships that have been established.”
