Jakarta — Maxim Indonesia, a digital application-based transportation service company, has officially distributed Eid holiday bonuses (BHR) to more than 50,000 driver partners spread across over 100 cities throughout Indonesia.

Dirhamsyah, Development Director at Maxim Indonesia, stated during the bonus distribution ceremony at Maxim’s head office in Jakarta on Tuesday that this distribution represents appreciation for the contribution and dedication of driver partners in supporting the application-based transportation service.

“The distribution of this Eid bonus is a manifestation of our appreciation to driver partners who have become an important part of Maxim’s journey and development in Indonesia,” said Dirhamsyah.

“We hope this support can help improve the welfare of driver partners whilst strengthening the good relationships that have been established so far,” he added.

In recent times, the company has undertaken a significant expansion of new branches, with a total of more than 350 branches across Indonesia. “This development has also been accompanied by an increase in the number of active drivers in various cities,” he said.

The distribution of Eid bonuses is determined based on driver productivity levels in the application, the quality of service provided to users, and compliance with company regulations.
