Maxim Boosts Operational Efficiency for MSMEs Across 400 Cities
Maxim continues to strengthen its support for local business owners through affordable logistics services and free consultations to help improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
The programme has been running in more than 400 cities across Indonesia, making Maxim one of the partners supporting business development in various regions. Since beginning operations in Indonesia in 2018, Maxim has continued to expand its service coverage.
As part of this initiative, Maxim works directly with business owners to understand their needs and tailor its support to the characteristics of each business. Hundreds of restaurants, hotels, service providers, educational institutions and traders in food and clothing markets have already benefited from the support provided through the programme.
The programme is free to join for businesses of all sizes. Maxim provides delivery services that help businesses reach more customers without significantly increasing operating costs, as well as guidance to improve the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
In addition, Maxim helps create more orderly commercial activity, particularly in areas with high levels of mobility such as markets and culinary centres. More efficient use of logistics services helps speed up the distribution of goods, reduces the risk of product damage and supports smooth trading activity. A number of businesses in various regions have already felt the benefits of this support. In Tasikmalaya, Stevia Kitchen Cake and Bakery successfully grew from a home-based venture into a business serving hundreds of orders every day, thanks to reliable delivery support from Maxim. The owner said Maxim had accompanied the business journey from its early days through to its current growth.
In Sukabumi, Dapur Widhy, which serves a variety of West Javanese dishes, has successfully expanded its customer reach without significantly increasing operating costs. Meanwhile, in Yogyakarta, Babyva Rent, a children’s equipment rental business, relies on Maxim’s services to ensure the products it rents out reach customers on time and in good condition.
