Mataram Trade Agency Organises Affordable Markets at 6 Locations Ahead of Eid al-Adha, Here is the Schedule

The Mataram City Trade Agency (Disdag) is once again organising affordable markets from 11 to 21 May 2026. The event is being held at six different locations ahead of Eid al-Adha.

“The first day will be held at the courtyard of the Pejeruk Ward Office, Ampenan, starting at 8 a.m.,” said the Head of the Essential Goods and Services Division (Bapokting) of the Mataram City Trade Agency, Sri Wahyunida, on Sunday (10/5/2026).

Nida explained that the affordable market activity aims to maintain the stability of staple goods prices in the market ahead of Eid al-Adha. A variety of essential needs are being sold at the event.

Based on data from the Mataram Trade Agency, the prices are as follows: SPHP rice Rp12,000/kg, local medium rice Rp13,000/kg, local medium soybeans Rp13,000/kg. Then curly red chillies Rp35,000/kg, bird’s eye chillies Rp70,000/kg, shallots Rp35,000/kg, garlic Rp28,000/kg.

Here is the complete schedule and locations of the affordable markets organised by the Mataram City Government (Pemkot) ahead of Eid al-Adha 2026:

• 11 May 2026: Courtyard of the Pejeruk Ward Office, Ampenan

• 12 May 2026: Courtyard of Mushola Arrafi’l Geguntur, Sekarbela, Mataram City

• 13 May 2026: Tabaco (Taman Bawak Kokok) Ampenan Tengah, Mataram

• 19 May 2026: Jalan Solor Gegutu Barat, Rembiga, Selaparang

• 20 May 2026: Courtyard of the Turida Ward Office, Sandubaya, Mataram City

• 21 May 2026: Courtyard of the Kekalik Jaya Ward Office, Sekarbela, Mataram City.
