Mataram City Government Prepares Rp20 Billion for ASN Eid Al-Fitr Allowance

The Mataram City Government is preparing a Rp20 billion budget for the Eid al-Fitr allowance (THR) for civil servants (ASN) within Mataram City. It is currently waiting for the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) before disbursement.

‘Yes (it’s Rp20 billion) the budget,’ said Muhamad Ramayoga, head of the Regional Finance Agency (BKD) of Mataram City, on Tuesday (3 March 2026).

Ramayoga explained that the Rp20 billion THR budget is allocated into the Additional Employee Income (TPP). It comprises March salary and THR plus January-February TPP.

‘One instance of TPP is around Rp10 billion, specifically in March; that already equals THR. Meanwhile, if February TPP is disbursed in March together with THR,’ he said.

Ramayoga noted that the THR budget for ASN comes from the 2026 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) 2026. However, he could not yet confirm the timing of THR disbursement as they are awaiting the PMK issuance.

‘For TPP, THR, we will release after obtaining PMK. If the PMK is issued this week, it can be processed this week,’ he concluded.
