Mataram City Government Prepares Budget for THR for Part-Time PPPK

The City Government of Mataram is considering providing a holiday allowance (THR) for Part-Time PPPK civil servants. The THR budget for Part-Time PPPK is being prepared. ‘The budget for THR for Part-Time PPPK has been prepared,’ said Muhamad Ramayoga, head of the Regional Financial Agency (BKD) of Mataram, when contacted on Friday (5 March 2026). The THR budget prepared by Mataram City is equal to one month’s salary for a Part-Time PPPK. The monthly salaries for Part-Time PPPK in Mataram range from Rp1.5 million to Rp1.8 million. Ramayoga is awaiting government regulations (PP) for the disbursement of THR for Part-Time PPPK. ‘At the moment we are just waiting. We will wait for the PP first,’ he explained. In line with Ramayoga, the head of the Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Mataram, Taufik Priyono, said THR for Part-Time PPPK can be paid if considered from the regulatory perspective. ‘From the staffing regulations perspective, it can be paid. We are waiting. If we as BKPSDM or as OPD, it is a matter of awaiting instructions to pay,’ he said. For information, the City Government of Mataram has 3,067 Part-Time PPPK. They were sworn in at the end of December 2025. Thousands of Part-Time PPPK have officially been assigned a personnel identification number (NIP) and a minimum salary of Rp1.5 million per person, depending on their position in the OPD.
