Mass Contract Signing for 62,000 Subsidised Mortgages Scheduled for 30 July
The Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) will hold a mass contract signing and key handover for 62,000 subsidised mortgages (KPR) and People’s Business Credit (KUR) for housing worth Rp 880 billion. BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho stated that the event is scheduled to be attended by President Prabowo Subianto on 30 July 2026. The event will take place at Puri Delta City Side Housing Estate in Batang Regency, Central Java. “This is proof that the government is paying attention to providing first homes for the public, especially low-income communities (MBR),” Heru said in a written statement on Friday, 24 July 2026. The mass subsidised mortgage contract will involve 62,000 prospective debtors of the KPR Sejahtera Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) spread across more than 100 locations in 36 provinces and involving 36 partner distributing banks of BP Tapera. Of the total prospective debtors, 200 will attend in person and 61,800 will attend online. For the mass KUR Housing contract, the total number of participants is 7,100 debtors, comprising 6,873 on the demand side and 227 on the supply side, with 200 debtors attending in person to sign the contracts. “Full support also flows from the local government, as well as our working partners, namely the distributing banks and the Housing Developer Associations,” Heru said. Puri Delta City Side was selected as the location for the mass contract signing. The housing estate is managed by PT Dwiwahana Delta Megah, a member of the Indonesian Housing and Settlement Developers Association (Himperra). The estate covers 13 hectares with a potential of 1,219 plots, of which 200 houses have been built and 150 have been sold.
