Stand-up comedian Marshel Widianto is set to perform and entertain participants at the LPS Financial Festival 2026, scheduled for 5-6 September 2026 in Lampung.
The comedian will not only provide entertainment but will also share his personal experiences regarding finance. Having previously participated in a successful festival in Surabaya, Marshel will also be providing prizes for participants, including boarding house rent assistance for two students who are currently in arrears.
The festival offers various beneficial sessions for visitors, ranging from inspiring discussions and educational classes to entertainment. For the inspirational segment, the Lampung Financial Festival will feature Chairul Tanjung in an ‘Inspirational Talk’ session in collaboration with Bank Mega, titled ‘From First Money to Financial Freedom’. This session will take place on Saturday, 5 September, from 17:00 to 18:00 WIB at Novotel Lampung.
For the entertainment segment, the first day of the event will feature the music group Setia Band, led by vocalist Charly van Houten, serving as the event’s closing act. On the second day, participants can enjoy a performance by King Nassar, the well-known dangdut singer.
This event represents the LPS’s commitment to providing broader and deeper financial education and literacy to the public. As a member of the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK)—alongside the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority (OJK)—the LPS holds the mandate and responsibility to increase financial literacy and inclusion across the nation.
Currently, there are more than 15 million productive-age Indonesians who do not yet have bank savings accounts and require financial literacy. The LPS supports programmes to ensure every Indonesian citizen possesses a personal bank account.
The Lampung Financial Festival 2026 will be filled with various engaging activities, including business talks and educational classes, alongside music concerts and stand-up comedy. Interested individuals are encouraged to register immediately to avoid missing the excitement of the Lampung Financial Festival.
