Marketing Director of Shrimp Company Affiliated with Kaesang Pangarep (PMMP) Resigns

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk. (PMMP), a shrimp processing company affiliated with Kaesang Pangarep, announced that its Marketing Director, Patrick Djuanda, has resigned from his position.

The resignation letter was submitted through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and will be effective from 25th February 2026.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity and trust that has been given to me to work and develop at PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk. for the past 12 years,” he wrote on Wednesday (25/2/2026).

Patrick stated that he had carefully considered his decision due to personal reasons that he could not disclose.

“I have carefully considered this decision and am resigning due to personal reasons,” he said.

“I hope that PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk. will continue to grow and succeed in the future. I will complete all responsibilities and obligations related to the handover of work in accordance with company policy until the effective date of my resignation,” he concluded.
