The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has revealed that the queue for initial public offerings (IPOs) continues to be dominated by companies with substantial assets. Of the total 12 prospective issuers currently in the pipeline, 11 companies are recorded as having large-scale assets.

BEI’s Director of Company Valuation, I Gede Nyoman Yetna, detailed that only one company falls into the medium-asset category with a value between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion. The remaining 11 companies possess assets above Rp 250 billion.

“1 company with medium-scale assets, between Rp 50 billion and Rp 250 billion. 11 companies with large-scale assets, above Rp 250 billion,” Nyoman stated in his remarks, quoted on Sunday (29/3/2026).

In terms of sectors, the IPO queue is distributed across various business lines. The breakdown includes three companies from the primary consumer sector, one each from the energy and financial sectors, two from health, two from infrastructure, two from technology, and one from transportation & logistics.

Beyond IPOs, BEI also notes a dense pipeline for debt instruments. As of the end of March 2026, there are 28 issuances from 20 issuers in the queue for Debt Securities and Sukuk (EBUS).

Cumulatively, BEI has issued 45 emissions from 30 issuers, successfully raising a total of Rp 50.87 trillion.

“To date, 45 EBUS emissions from 30 issuers have been issued, with funds raised amounting to Rp 50.87 trillion. As of 27 March 2026, there are 28 emissions from 20 EBUS issuers in the pipeline,” Nyoman explained.

Regarding sectors, the bond queue is dominated by the financial sector with 10 companies, followed by six from infrastructure. The rest come from energy, primary consumer, and raw materials sectors.

Meanwhile, the Exchange also reports one company in the rights issue pipeline. This company operates in the property sector.

Throughout 2026, up to 27 March, three issuers have issued new shares with a total value of Rp 3.75 trillion.
