The business performance of property developer PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) strengthened in the first semester of 2026. The company recorded pre-sales of Rp902 billion, a 14% increase compared to Rp791 billion during the same period the previous year.

This achievement represents 53% of the company’s pre-sales target for the full year of 2026. The largest contribution came from the residential segment, particularly landed house products, which accounted for 69% of total pre-sales.

“This growth demonstrates the continued high market interest in the integrated residential areas developed by LPCK through the construction of Lippo Cikarability Cosmopolis,” stated LPCK Management in an official statement received on Monday (14/9).

In addition to the growth in pre-sales, the company’s operational performance also strengthened. LPCK recorded an EBITDA of Rp318 billion in the first semester of 2026, with the EBITDA margin increasing to 20% compared to 13% in the same period last year.

On the management side, LPCK also strengthened its corporate governance structure through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Friday (11/9). During the meeting, shareholders approved the resignation of Charles Rigoux as commissioner and the appointment of Ketut Budi Wijaya as the new commissioner.

LPCK stated that these changes in the management structure are expected to strengthen the company’s strategy in developing the Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis area, which encompasses residential, commercial, and supporting facility sectors.

The company aims to ensure that the development of the area remains focused on increasing added value for consumers and stakeholders through operational strengthening and the implementation of good corporate governance.
