Mark Your Calendar: Free Mudik Ticket Exchange Locations and Schedule for Pelindo 2026
JAKARTA – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), commonly known as Pelindo, is launching the Free Mudik Programme with Pelindo Group for 2026. This initiative forms part of the company’s corporate social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) commitment to assist the public in accessing safe and affordable homecoming travel during the Eid holiday period.
For this year, Pelindo Group has prepared 152 buses offering a total of over 7,000 return seats for passengers wishing to celebrate Eid al-Fitr in their hometowns.
Ali Sodikin, Group Head of Corporate Secretariat at Pelindo, stated that the programme is aimed at assisting the public, particularly lower to middle-income groups, to undertake their homecoming journeys safely and comfortably.
The outbound mudik travel is scheduled for 16 March 2026, with the return journey on 27 March 2026. Thirteen routes have been established, including Jakarta–Solo, Jakarta–Surabaya, Jakarta–Semarang, Jakarta–Yogyakarta, Medan–Padang, and Makassar–Palopo.
Prospective participants in the Free Mudik Programme with Pelindo Group 2026 who have successfully registered must complete verification and exchange their tickets before the departure date.
Ticket exchange will be held at Masjid Al-Qodam Mutaqwa, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, on 2-3 March 2026 from 09.00–15.00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB).
Participants are advised to arrive according to their scheduled time with complete required documentation to expedite the verification process. Required documents include photocopies of identity cards (KTP) and family cards (KK), as well as original KTP and KK for cross-checking by the committee.
The 13 routes available in the Pelindo Free Mudik 2026 programme are: Jakarta–Solo, Jakarta–Surabaya, Jakarta–Semarang, Jakarta–Yogyakarta, Medan–Padang, Makassar–Palopo, and others as detailed in the official programme materials.
