JAKARTA – PT Mark Dynamics Indonesia Tbk (MARK) has announced that its production capacity for hand former products has been fully allocated until the second quarter of 2026.

This situation reflects strong demand from global customers amid increasing economic uncertainty and international geopolitical dynamics. In recent times, global trade has been influenced by energy price volatility, supply chain adjustments, and changes in trade policies across various countries.

As an upstream component supplier in the global medical glove industry, MARK continues to receive regular production and delivery schedules from customers across several regions, including the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

“Customer demand is proceeding normally. We continue to receive regular production delivery schedules, so our production capacity for the coming months has already been allocated,” the company stated in an official statement on Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

Hand formers are essential components in the production process of disposable gloves. These products are used in various sectors, ranging from healthcare services to manufacturing industry and other sectors related to hygiene.

Beyond its core business performance, the company’s subsidiary has begun initial deliveries of sanitation products in the form of ceramic toilets to the domestic market under the DYNA brand in the Java region. The initial shipment phase reached thousands of units.

This step forms part of the development of new business lines beyond the core hand former manufacturing business. The initial delivery also marks the beginning of commercialisation of sanitation products manufactured by the company’s subsidiary.

MARK CEO Ridwan Goh stated that the initial delivery represented part of the company’s business diversification strategy. “The initial delivery of sanitation products is the first step in business diversification, whilst leveraging the ceramic manufacturing expertise that the company has developed over time,” said Ridwan.

The company views demand for glove products and their derivatives as having defensive characteristics because they relate to the healthcare sector and hygiene requirements. This is seen as supporting the sustained demand for hand former products.

Since listing shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the company has consistently distributed dividends to shareholders. Based on dividend distribution history through fiscal year 2024, total dividends distributed have reached approximately Rp 729.6 billion.

With the additional dividend distribution from fiscal year 2025 performance, the value of distribution to shareholders has become greater. This policy is supported by the company’s ability to generate relatively stable operational cash flows.
