PT Mahaka Radio Integra Tbk (MARI) will focus its use of funds on strengthening the company’s digital business development. MARI President Director Ade Wahyu Setiawan stated that the funds will be used to develop MARI’s digital ecosystem, primarily through the transformation of the Noice platform. “One million US dollars will largely be allocated to developing MARI’s digital business,” Ade said during the Public Expose of MARI’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in Jakarta, Wednesday (24/6/2026). Ade noted that this move is part of the company’s strategy to drive business growth amidst changing media consumption patterns that are increasingly shifting towards digital platforms. According to Ade, Noice will continue to transform from an audio platform into an audio-visual platform capable of delivering a more complete content experience relevant to current audience needs. “Going forward, NOICE will continue to transform from an audio platform into an audio-visual, content ecosystem platform, and we are also presenting a more complete content experience through audio, video, and interactive formats that align with current audience habits,” Ade stated. Ade explained that this transformation is being carried out in line with changing digital content consumption trends that increasingly prioritise multimedia experiences and higher interaction between users and the platform. He outlined that the company’s main focus is not only on developing technology and content formats, but also on strengthening local content, which is one of NOICE’s main advantages in the Indonesian digital market. “Our focus is on strengthening local content, expanding user reach, and creating greater value for creators, brands, and audiences within one integrated ecosystem,” Ade continued. Through this strategy, Ade is optimistic that MARI can strengthen Noice’s position as one of the leading digital content platforms in Indonesia. The company also targets the creation of an ecosystem that provides benefits for all stakeholders, from content creators and advertisers to users. “This digital business development is one of MARI’s main focuses to support the company’s sustainable growth amidst the media industry transformation that is increasingly moving towards digital platforms and multimedia content-based services,” he said. During the RUPST, Ade stated that the company continues to implement various innovations and business developments to drive sustainable growth amidst the ever-changing dynamics of the media industry. Ade explained that throughout 2025, the company has carried out various activities and innovations aimed at strengthening competitiveness while expanding audience reach across various platforms. “Regarding financial performance, MARI recorded net revenue of Rp70.32 billion in 2025,” Ade said. Ade added that MARI is also continuing its business transformation steps, particularly in the development of its digital unit. This is projected to become one of the drivers of long-term growth.
