March 2026 Update on Trail and Adventure Motorcycle Prices, A Newcomer Joins the Field

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The trail and adventure motorcycle segment in Indonesia in March 2026 continued to show a positive trend as interest in long-distance riding and cross-terrain exploration rose. These bikes are no longer just off-road hobbies, but are increasingly being considered as everyday transport thanks to their comfortable seating position and versatile character. Japanese manufacturers still dominate the entry-to-mid segment, but Chinese and European brands are becoming increasingly aggressive in offering modern features at competitive prices. One of the latest highlights comes from QJMotor with the Tourino 250 DX, officially marketed at Rp 49,900,000. With that price, this model becomes the most affordable 250 cc adventure motorcycle in its class, even cheaper than rivals such as the Kawasaki Versys-X 250 and the Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX. Additionally, QJMotor continues to offer the Tourino 700 SX in the mid-range class at Rp 199,990,000 as an option for riders seeking greater performance. On the other hand, CFMoto has adjusted prices on several of its adventure models as of March 2026. The CFMoto 450 MT rose by Rp 1,000,000 to Rp 164,000,000, the 800 MTX increased by Rp 3,000,000 to Rp 277,500,000, and the 800 MT Explore saw the largest rise of Rp 5,000,000 to Rp 328,300,000. Among Japanese brands, Kawasaki still has the most complete line in the trail segment, from the KLX150 S at Rp 35,000,000 to the KLX250 at Rp 78,100,000, as well as adventure models such as the Versys-X 250 at Rp 73,700,000 and the Versys 1100 which reaches Rp 419,100,000. Honda relies on the CB150X at around Rp 35,000,000 and the CRF150L at Rp 37,700,000 in the lightweight class, up to the premium-level CRF1100L Africa Twin at Rp 647,500,000. The Yamaha WR155R is still marketed at Rp 40,275,000 as the main rival to the 150 cc trail, while Suzuki offers the V-Strom 250 SX at Rp 60,548,000 as a light-adventure option.
