The Public Works Minister Dody Hanggodo launched an integrated reporting channel titled ‘Halo Pak Dodi’ to strengthen internal oversight while accepting citizen complaints related to services and potential irregularities within the ministry. The channel was established after an increase in public reports previously conveyed directly via social media and the Public Works Minister’s personal number. Dody said that, so far, various public grievances have entered through direct messages on social media, WhatsApp, and even his personal email. Therefore, the ministry is preparing a more structured reporting system so that every report can be handled officially. “There are now many complaints and reports that come directly to my Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and email; I assure you that there is already a team that monitors and responds to these reports,” Dody said in Jakarta on Friday (6 March 2026). Through the portal, the public can access a range of integrated reporting services, including the Bina Marga Command Center service for road damage complaints and information on other infrastructure services. The channel is also equipped with a dedicated WhatsApp contact for reporting suspected violations or indications of corruption.
