Every day I pass Jl. Daan Mogot, West Jakarta. Many heavily-
loaded trucks use this road making it dangerous for motor-
cyclists.

Recently, a motor-cyclist was hit by a speeding truck. In
fact, many motorists have lost their lives in accidents on this
road caused by reckless truck drivers.

To reduce the accidents, I would like to suggest that a speed
limit of 40 kph be imposed on trucks traveling on this road.
Violators must be severely punished.
