Manpower Ministry Simplifies Job Fair Applications via SIAPkerja Platform

The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is strengthening the submission process for organising job fairs through feature updates on the SIAPkerja platform. Acting Director General of Labour Placement Development and Employment Expansion, Estiarty Haryani, stated that this update was introduced to simplify the process from application to approval issuance within a single integrated digital system. “This development makes the job fair submission process more integrated, faster, and transparent,” Estiarty said in a statement received in Denpasar on Wednesday. She explained that via the jobfair.kemnaker.go.id website, the entire process—from submission and document verification to the issuance of recommendation or approval letters—can now be carried out digitally. Estiarty further noted that digitalisation is part of the effort to deliver more modern, transparent, and efficient employment services. She added that this service can be utilised by both government agencies and private organisers. The Ministry also urged every organiser to submit applications through the district/city manpower offices via the job fair feature on the SIAPkerja platform. She emphasised that this strengthening of digital services is expected to facilitate the organisation of job fairs while expanding public access to information on employment opportunities across various regions. “Let us utilise the job fair service to support more effective, transparent, and modern job market events,” Estiarty said.
