Manpower Ministry explains how to register as a MagangHub Batch 3 partner
Jakarta (ANTARA) – The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has explained how organisations can register as partners for Batch 3 of the 2026 MagangHub National Apprenticeship Programme.
The briefing covered administrative requirements, registration stages and verification procedures for companies and institutions wishing to take part in the apprenticeship programme.
Kemnaker Secretary-General Cris Kuntadi said in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday that the programme gives companies and institutions an opportunity to introduce prospective workers to practical workplace experience, while helping university graduates develop skills that meet labour-market needs.
“Through this work experience, we hope to achieve alignment between education, skills and the practical needs of the workplace,” Cris said.
The briefing was attended by heads of employment offices in regencies and municipalities across Indonesia, representatives of state-owned and regionally owned enterprises, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), the Indonesian Employers Association (Apindo), and other relevant parties.
Cris said the socialisation was expected to encourage more even participation by MagangHub partners across the regions.
He added that the involvement of companies and government institutions would also give host organisations an opportunity to identify prospective workers’ potential and prepare talent to meet their organisational needs.
MagangHub is open to private companies, state-owned and regionally owned enterprises, multinational companies, and ministries and government agencies across various sectors.
Under the programme, university graduates can gain direct practical work experience in companies and government institutions.
Partner registration is conducted online through the official MagangHub portal at https://maganghub.kemnaker.go.id/.
Partners must prepare a SIAPkerja account for their appointed operator, a Business Identification Number (NIB), and the data and documentation required for the Company Employment Report (WLKP).
The registration stages include registering an operator, entering company details, meeting administrative requirements, and preparing and submitting apprenticeship vacancies.
Partners must provide details of the positions on offer, education qualifications, the apprenticeship curriculum and the placement location.
Kemnaker will then verify the company and operator data, confirm that WLKP reporting is up to date, and check that the positions or vacancies comply with programme requirements.
Vacancies that meet the requirements may be published for prospective participants to apply for. Partners will then conduct selection and nominate candidates to take part in Kemnaker’s participant appointment process.
Kemnaker has urged interested companies, government institutions, independent state institutions, state-owned enterprises and Danantara entities to register promptly as programme partners.
Registration for MagangHub Batch 3 partners is open until 29 October 2026. Information on requirements and the registration process is available at https://maganghub.kemnaker.go.id/.
