Manpower Ministry and Bank bjb Forge Partnership for HR Development and Banking Services

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has entered into a strategic partnership with PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (Bank bjb) covering the development of human resource competencies as well as the use of banking services.

Secretary-General of the Ministry Cris Kuntadi, in a statement issued in Jakarta on Friday, said the cooperation is expected to support improvements in the quality of public services while strengthening the implementation of manpower programmes that are increasingly adaptive, productive, and competitive.

Cris said the collaboration is also a manifestation of synergy between the government and the banking sector in responding to the ever-evolving needs of manpower development.

“This collaboration is not only directed at improving human resource competencies within both institutions, but also at delivering more effective services that provide tangible benefits to the public,” he said.

Accordingly, the partnership between Kemnaker and Bank bjb is expected to strengthen institutional capacity while enhancing the quality of services provided to the public.

The scope of the cooperation encompasses capacity building and human resource competency development within both Kemnaker and Bank bjb.

The implementation of education, training, and various other development programmes will be tailored to the applicable regulations of each institution.
