Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is committed to driving and providing labour services that are increasingly accessible, fast, transparent, and oriented towards the needs of the community.

Deputy Minister of Manpower Afriansyah Noor, in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday, stated that this commitment is being realised through the strengthening of service digitalisation, improving the quality of human resources, enhancing bureaucratic governance, and expanding collaboration with various stakeholders.

“The transformation of public services is an inseparable part of the effort to provide higher quality labour services capable of meeting the needs of the community,” said Deputy Minister Afriansyah.

He assessed that public trust is not built through promises, but through services that are fast, easy, transparent, responsive, and provide real benefits to the people.

“Public service is the real face of the state before the community. Public trust is not built through promises, but through services that are fast, easy, transparent, responsive, and provide real benefits,” the Deputy Minister added.

Furthermore, Afriansych stated that good governance is no longer merely an administrative requirement, but has become the primary foundation in building an effective, adaptive government that earns public trust.

According to him, amidst technological developments, changing community needs, and increasingly complex economic dynamics, every institution is required to undergo continuous transformation.

“Therefore, service innovation must go hand in hand with the strengthening of integrity, accountability, and professionalism,” he said.

Additionally, the Deputy Minister invited all ministries, agencies, local governments, the business world, and all public service providers to continue building a work culture that prioritises integrity, innovation, collaboration, and result orientation.

“Through this spirit, I am confident we are able to provide increasingly high-quality public services, strengthen national competitiveness, and support the realisation of a progressive, inclusive, and prosperous Indonesia,” said Afriansyah.
