Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Rini Widyantini received the Results of the Review of the Central Government Performance Report (LKjPP) for the 2025 Fiscal Year from the Head of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Muhammad Yusuf Ateh at the Ministry of PANRB office in Jakarta on Monday (30/03/2026).

Rini stated that the LKjPP reflects the commitment of government agencies in realising an effective and accountable bureaucracy.

She emphasised that the LKjPP is a reflection of the commitment of government agencies in realising an effective and accountable bureaucracy.

“I invite all ministries and agencies (K/L) to continue strengthening commitment, integrity, and collaboration, so that government performance becomes increasingly effective, accountable, and truly felt by the public,” she said in a written statement received by Kompas.com.

Furthermore, Rini explained that the LKjPP is an important instrument to ensure that the direction of bureaucratic reform runs in accordance with what has been established.

Through the LKjPP, the government not only views the performance achievements of K/L but also reflects on the contribution of that performance to national development.

“Therefore, the LKjPP must be positioned not as a formality, but as an instrument to direct policies to be more on target and impactful,” she stressed.

Rini also conveyed that President Prabowo Subianto emphasised the importance of a results-oriented bureaucracy, not just routines without impact.

She affirmed that the bureaucracy is demanded to ensure more focused and targeted budget utilisation in supporting national priorities.

“Thus, every rupiah spent must be able to provide economic benefits and improve public welfare,” she said.

Rini explained that the preparation of the LKjPP is mandated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 8/2006 on Financial and Performance Reporting of Government Agencies, Presidential Regulation Number 29/2014 on the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), and Minister of PANRB Regulation Number 9/2015 on Guidelines for Preparing the Central Government Performance Report.

For the next process, the Ministry of PANRB sends a letter to K/L to collect K/L’s LKjIP as material for preparing the LKjPP.

Subsequently, BPKP conducts a review of the LKjPP in accordance with Minister of PANRB Regulation Number 10 of 2015.

Then, the LKjPP process is submitted to the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) to be attached to the preparation of the Government Performance Report (LKPP) and to the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) for improvements to the future Government Work Plan (RKP).
