Mandiri Sekuritas Boss Oki Ramadhana Registers as Candidate for BEI Board
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Oki Ramadhana has confirmed his candidacy in the package of candidates for the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the position of President Director of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2026-2030 term.
Oki, who is the President Director (Dirut) of Mandiri Sekuritas (Mansek) and Chairman Commissioner (Komut) of BEI, stated that he is currently undergoing the nomination process conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
“If I’ve registered, yes, it’s true, now it’s just the process. Later, we’ll see how the process at OJK goes. That’s all. We must help this country,” Oki remarked when met at the BEI Building in Jakarta on Monday (11/5/2026).
Previously, the Head of the Executive for Capital Market Supervision, Derivative Finance, and Carbon Exchange of OJK, Hasan Fawzi, stated that OJK has received submissions for four packages of BEI director candidates for the upcoming 2026-2030 period.
“(OJK) has received submissions for four packages of BEI director candidates for the 2026-2030 period, which we have checked meet the initial registration requirements to OJK,” he said during a virtual press conference on Tuesday (5/5/2026).
Hasan revealed that the four packages of director candidates received consist of seven board members. Thus, there are 28 names submitted to OJK, and OJK is still conducting the process of administrative completeness and background checks and records for each submitted candidate.
In his package, Oki Ramadhana is running for President Director of BEI along with six others. These include Wuddy Darsono as candidate for Director of Development of BEI, Stephanus Turangan as candidate for Director of Trading and Member Regulation of BEI.
Furthermore, Bernardus Sumargo as candidate for Director of Valuation of BEI, Poltak Hotradero as candidate for Director of Finance, HR, and General Affairs, Syafruddin as candidate for Director of Information Technology and Risk Management, and Yoga Mulya as candidate for Director of Transaction Supervision and Compliance.
