Jakarta — PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth), a subsidiary of PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (IFG Life), is strengthening access to its services for policyholders through One by IFG, a digital financial platform. The application enables insured customers to quickly obtain insurance products and services, as well as other financial products, all in the palm of their hand.

Acting President Director of Mandiri Inhealth, Marihot H. Tambunan, said One by IFG is an integrated application combining a range of products and services from the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) ecosystem, the state-owned holding company for insurance, guarantee, and investment. Through the One by IFG application, Mandiri Inhealth policyholders can access healthcare service features including insurance benefit information, membership details, e-claims, and telemedicine.

Beyond healthcare services, users can also utilise other features such as accessing life insurance products, general insurance products, and mutual fund products. Digital services for Mandiri Inhealth policyholders have been accessible since July 2025 through the One by IFG application, available on Google Play Store and the App Store.

“The integration of Mandiri Inhealth’s digital services into the One by IFG application is part of our commitment to continuously improve the policyholder experience by providing more practical, faster, and more efficient access to healthcare services that deliver added benefits and value. Through the One by IFG application, policyholders can make use of various healthcare service features anytime and anywhere,” said Marihot in a statement on Friday, 20 February 2026.

He explained that One by IFG is more than just an application, as it is equipped with a telemedicine feature that allows Mandiri Inhealth policyholders to conduct online health consultations with doctors, obtain prescriptions based on medical indications, and redeem medications online. The application also supports e-claim and re-claim submission processes, enabling Mandiri Inhealth insurance claims to be accessed more efficiently.

He affirmed that as Indonesia’s leading and most trusted health insurance company, Mandiri Inhealth remains committed to delivering excellent services to all policyholders, including through the strengthening of digital services.

“Through ongoing synergies, we are optimistic that Mandiri Inhealth’s service system will become increasingly robust and integrated, thereby expanding healthcare services for the public.
