Mandiri Inhealth Distributes Assistance to Disability Islamic Boarding School
PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) has distributed social assistance to students with disabilities at Pesantren Disabilitas Yayasan Visi Maha Karya as part of its sharing activities during the holy month of Ramadan. The activity was conducted through collaboration with Mandiri Amal Insani (MAI) as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility programme.
In this activity, Mandiri Inhealth and Mandiri Amal Insani distributed assistance in the form of food packages and organised breaking-of-fast meals together with the disabled students at the pesantren. This programme represents one form of support for social institutions focused on empowering persons with disabilities.
Yayasan Visi Maha Karya is recognised as a humanitarian organisation operating in the field of human services with various empowerment programmes for persons with disabilities. These programmes include provision of assistive devices, education, and skills training aimed at promoting the independence of persons with disabilities.
Through this activity, Mandiri Inhealth seeks to strengthen the value of social concern whilst delivering direct benefits to communities in need of broader support.
Fazlia Yulinda, Corporate Secretary of Mandiri Inhealth, stated that the activity represents the company’s commitment to supporting educational sustainability and community empowerment, particularly for persons with disabilities.
