Mandiri, Citibank sign deal
JAKARTA (JP): Citibank N.A. has agreed to provide a package training program for staff and senior officials of state owned Bank Mandiri.
Citibank said that the training program, especially prepared for Bank Mandiri, would cover several important subjects such as selling commercial and corporate banking, managing productivity and selling retail bank service.
The program would last between June 2000 and November 2001.
"We would like to share our knowledge with Bank Mandiri, based on our experience in the Asian market for almost one hundred years, and in Indonesia for three decades," said Citibank Country Corporate Officer Michael Zink. (udi)
