Managing IDR 468 Billion in Community Funds, Rumah Zakat Outlines This Year's Strategy

Rumah Zakat (RZ) officially held the Public Expose: Impact in Action 2026 as a form of transparency and public accountability regarding the management of zakat, infak, sedekah (ZIS) funds, and other religious social funds. The event, held at the Sultan Hotel in Jakarta on Wednesday (8/4/2026), serves as an important platform for the institution to report on the trust from donors and collaboration partners throughout its 2025 performance, as well as to outline the organisation’s strategic direction for 2026. Rumah Zakat CEO, Irvan Nugraha, stated that this Public Expose is one of the means to convey to donors, partners, collaborators, stakeholders, and the public at large about what is being managed by Rumah Zakat. This is considered a deposit and trust from the community to Rumah Zakat, particularly in the form of zakat, infak, sedekah, and other religious social funds. “In this Public Expose, we present Rumah Zakat’s forward vision, especially in facing the current conditions related to poverty challenges, humanitarian crises, and issues related to peace in the world,” said Irvan to Republika at the Sultan Hotel, Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/4/2026).
