Management Reshuffle: Here is the Latest Board of Directors of Bank UOB Indonesia

PT Bank UOB Indonesia has made changes to its board of directors after the term of office of one of its directors ended. The change has been reported by the company to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). In a letter to the OJK dated 3 August 2026, Bank UOB Indonesia stated that the term of office of Cristina Teh Tan as Director ended on 31 July 2026. As a result, the composition of the company’s Board of Directors has been adjusted effective 1 August 2026. The change is a follow-up to the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 June 2026, and also refers to the report on changes to the management composition previously submitted by the company to the regulator. The composition of the Board of Directors of PT Bank UOB Indonesia as of 1 August 2026 is as follows: President Director: Hendra Gunawan; Director: Paul Rafiuly; Director: Harapman Kasan; Director: Sonny Samuel; Compliance Director: Ardhi Wibowo; Director: Henry Santoso; Director: W Kartyono; Director: Stella Fiona. The letter was signed by Compliance, Legal & Corporate Secretary Director Ardhi Wibowo together with Corporate Secretary Susilowati, and copied to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the Trustee of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
