Management of Jatinangor Golf Resort Reviewed to Boost West Java's Regional Revenue
The Special Committee (Pansus) XIII of the West Java Provincial DPRD is encouraging the optimisation of the management partnership for Jatinangor National Golf Resort to increase its contribution to regional revenue.
Currently, the manager, PT Langen Krida Pratyangga, is obligated to pay profits of Rp 3 billion per year to the West Java Provincial Government (Pemprov Jabar).
This push emerged during discussions on the Governor’s Accountability Report (LKPJ) for the 2025 Fiscal Year. Pansus XIII assesses that a re-examination of the partnership scheme is necessary so that the benefits received by Pemprov Jabar can continue to increase annually.
Secretary of Pansus XIII, Hasyim Adnan, stated that the review was conducted during a working visit to the Jatinangor National Golf Resort area in Sumedang Regency on Wednesday (8/4/2026).
He mentioned that the asset belongs to Pemprov Jabar and has been partnered through a build operate transfer (BOT) scheme for 30 years, which has been extended for a similar period.
“Through this partnership, we want to ensure that the management scheme can provide more optimal added value for the regional government,” said Hasyim.
According to him, a comprehensive evaluation is needed, not only regarding the fixed contribution amount but also the potential for business development that can increase regional original revenue (PAD).
Member of Pansus XIII, Yod Mintaraga, added that they will review the operation cooperation scheme (KSO) and BOT together with the manager. The evaluation refers to the review clause that can be conducted every five years in the agreement.
“Through the five-yearly evaluation clause, we will re-examine the value generated. Together with Bappeda, we will also recalculate the positive potential from this partnership to ultimately lead to an increase in West Java’s PAD,” said Yod.
Previously, the West Java Provincial DPRD formed Pansus XIII in a plenary session on 30 March 2026. The aim is to discuss the Governor’s LKPJ for the 2025 Fiscal Year, including evaluations of regional asset management performance.
