Man wins makeup contest

JAKARTA (JP): A 35-year-old city man has won the national Yves
Saint Laurent Creative Look Award in the professional category.

Fachruddin, who was crowned as the most creative makeup artist
Thursday, will compete at the regional level in Singapore next
month.

He also received Rp 1.5 million cash and a Rp 2 million Yves
Saint Laurent voucher.

The first place in the amateur category went to Diah
Sriwahyuni, 39, a Surabaya housewife. She may also take part in
the Singapore contest.

The jury team was led by Pia Alisyahbana from Femina women's
magazine group.

Fifty professional makeup artists and 23 amateurs joined the
