Agus explained that the incident began when the victim was drying anchovies in the Gabion area, where the suspect approached him. The suspect then challenged him to a fight, which the victim ignored.

Furthermore, Agus stated that after the victim disregarded the initial challenge, the suspect persisted in provoking a fight, which eventually escalated into a physical altercation.

‘Unsatisfied with the victim’s response, the suspect repeatedly challenged Firman to a fight, but the victim continued to ignore him. Eventually, a physical altercation ensued, during which the suspect suddenly pulled out a knife and attacked the victim, causing stab and cut wounds,’ Agus said.
