According to information, the body of the man, identified as S (48), was first found by his mother at around 07:00 WIB this morning.

The Head of Margoagung, Djarwo Suharto, when confirmed, confirmed the discovery of the body in the house. “As the Head of Margoagung, we express our condolences to our residents in the Margoagung community, specifically in Dusun Klawisan Topadan. We know that he has passed away,” said Djarwo to reporters, Friday (15/5/2026).

However, because he was recently appointed as a PPPK (Government Contract Employee) for Sleman Regency, the victim returned to live in his hometown. “He was recently appointed as a PPPK in the Public Works Department. Automatically, they have to work in the Sleman Regency Government. So the deceased returned to his hometown because his mother is still here,” he said.

Regarding the cause of the victim’s death, he said he did not know. Including when asked about the wounds on the victim’s body. “I don’t know (about the wounds on the victim’s neck),” he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the Sleman Police, Iptu Argo Anggoro, when confirmed regarding the incident, was reluctant to comment. He said that officers were still investigating to uncover the cause of the victim’s death. “Please wait, colleagues.
