Malaysian FM escapes reporters

JAKARTA: Rushing to the next meeting seems to be the perfect way to dodge journalists, at least that is how Malaysian Foreign Minister Syed Hamid Albar escaped reporters' questions.

Clearly tired after responding to journalists before meeting with his Indonesian counterpart Hassan Wirayuda, the Malaysian minister was reluctant to answer similar questions from journalists after the meeting.

"I got another meeting, sorry, sorry," he said, running away and leaving dozens of journalists in the dust.

"He was fast, and kept repeating that he has to get to another meeting while running away," one of the journalists said. -- JP
