Malaysia Airlines, No thank you!

Six months ago I purchased tickets for my wife and myself, Denpasar-Vienna-Denpasar from Malaysia Airlines (MH). We also enrolled in their "Enrich" (MH064601165, MH064601180), to earn promised mileage points.

Till today -- after having sent 37 (!) e-mails, 6 faxes to Kuala Lumpur and Denpasar (most of them never were answered by MH) and several international phone calls (at my expense) -- we neither received our permanent Enrich-Member-Card from Malaysia Airlines nor can we access our accounts on MH's Website.

We feel quite fooled and even cheated by Malaysia Airlines Customer Service. Malaysia Airlines obviously lures people to fly with them, promising to credit mileage points, but then they do not keep their promise.

The conclusion: We will move to an airline that offers better service and keeps their members satisfied.
