Malang Customs Issues NPPBKC to PT Pandawa Berdaya Nusantara

Malang Customs and Excise has officially issued an excise goods entrepreneur identification number (NPPBKC) to PT Pandawa Berdaya Nusantara, a company operating in the tobacco products (cigarettes) sector. The NPPBKC was issued after the company completed all procedural stages, including a business process presentation held on Wednesday (15 July 2026) at the Malang Customs and Excise Office auditorium.

The Head of the Malang Customs and Excise Office, Johan Pandores, explained that the business process presentation is a crucial stage and an absolute requirement for the issuance of an NPPBKC. “This stage aims to ensure the operational feasibility of the prospective entrepreneur and their understanding of customs and excise provisions,” he added.

During the business process presentation, company representatives presented their profile, production flow, and operational plans for the tobacco products factory. The presentation then served as material for discussion with the Malang Customs and Excise team to gather more in-depth information and ensure the company’s readiness to conduct its business in accordance with excise regulations.

Through a constructive and comprehensive review process, PT Pandawa Berdaya Nusantara’s NPPBKC application was finally approved. This approval marks the company’s first step towards operating its business legally while strengthening a culture of compliance from the very start of its operations.
