Malang Customs Issues NPPBKC to PT Pandawa Berdaya Nusantara

The Malang Customs and Excise Office has officially issued a taxable goods business identification number (NPPBKC) to PT Pandawa Berdaya Nusantara, a company operating in the tobacco products (cigarette) sector. The NPPBKC was granted after the company completed all procedural stages, including a business process presentation held on Wednesday (15/7/2026) in the Malang Customs Office hall. Head of the Malang Customs Office, Johan Pandores, stated that the business process presentation is a crucial stage and an absolute requirement for the issuance of an NPPBKC. “This stage aims to ensure the operational feasibility and understanding of prospective entrepreneurs regarding customs and excise regulations,” he added. During the business process presentation, company representatives presented their profile, production flow, and operational plans for the tobacco products factory. The presentation then served as material for discussion with the Malang Customs team to explore information in greater depth and ensure the company’s readiness to conduct business in accordance with excise provisions. Through a constructive and comprehensive discussion process, PT Pandawa Berdaya Nusantara’s NPPBKC application was ultimately approved. This approval serves as the starting point for the company to conduct its business activities legally while strengthening a culture of compliance from the very beginning of its operations.
