Malang Customs Issues NPPBKC to CV Sukses Asa Mandiri

Malang Customs approved CV Sukses Asa Mandiri’s application for a Customs and Excise Entrepreneur Identification Number (NPPBKC) on Tuesday (22 September 2026). The approval marks an initial step for the company to operate in the tobacco products sector in accordance with applicable regulations.

Malang Customs Office Head Johan Pandores led the proceedings, which aimed to ensure that the company was prepared to conduct business in line with laws and regulations governing excise.

CV Sukses Asa Mandiri (SAM) presented its company profile, business processes, production activities, and the readiness of its facilities and infrastructure. The presentation formed part of the assessment of the company’s preparedness before its NPPBKC application was approved.

Johan emphasised the importance of entrepreneurs understanding excise requirements. He urged the company to continue studying excise laws and regulations and to keep up with regulatory developments.

“Understanding excise requirements needs to go hand in hand with compliance in business operations. This will enable the company to operate in an orderly and transparent manner, in accordance with the rules,” he said.

Following the presentation and discussions about the company’s readiness, Malang Customs approved CV Sukses Asa Mandiri’s NPPBKC application. The office said it hoped the approval would mark the start of compliant operations and sustainable business development.
