Malang City Police Launch Mudik Microsite, Residents Can Check Traffic and Access CCTV
The Malang City Police have launched a microsite for Eid al-Fitr homecoming services this year. Through this dedicated site, residents can check traffic information and access hundreds of CCTV cameras scattered across Malang City. The microsite can be accessed at the link s.id/Makota2026. There are a total of 252 CCTV points that residents can access using this microsite. “We are utilising this microsite service to assist the community with mobility in Malang City during the Eid holiday period in 2026,” said the Head of Malang City Police, Kombes Putu Kholis Aryana, in a statement to reporters on Friday (20/3/2026). He stated that this service can be used by local residents, homecomers, tourists, or visitors to Malang City via smartphones. “Previously, we provided this service during the peak of the One Century NU event at Gajayana Stadium in Malang City, and the results were that the community provided extraordinary contributions to the smoothness of the event and the flow of pilgrims’ traffic until the event concluded,” he said. In addition to checking traffic information and accessing CCTV, the Malang City Police microsite also contains detailed information on the locations of police stations to hospitals in Malang City. Access to this information is expected to make it easier for residents during their Eid holiday enjoyment. “Hopefully, this service provides easy access to traffic information for all communities in Malang City, including some nearby public service information such as hospital locations, police stations, and other important locations,” Putu concluded.
