Makmur Supports APRDI in Launching PINTAR Mutual Fund Programme at the Peak of Mutual Fund Week 2026
The PINTAR Mutual Fund Programme was officially launched in the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Jakarta. This event served as the peak of the Road to Mutual Fund Week 2026 series, which had previously been held in several major Indonesian cities, reaching more than 2,500 students and 250 media representatives throughout the programme. PT Inovasi Finansial Teknologi (Makmur) was present as one of APERD’s partners in the event.
The PINTAR Mutual Fund Programme was inaugurated directly by Coordinating Minister for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia Airlangga Hartarto, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, and OJK Commissioner Chairperson Friderica Widyasari Dewi. This inauguration reflects the shared commitment between regulators, government, and industry in promoting national inclusion and literacy in mutual fund investments.
The event was opened with remarks from Lolita Liliana, Chair of the Presidium of the Indonesian Mutual Fund and Investment Practitioners Association (APRDI). “To increase inclusion and education regarding investments among Indonesian society, APRDI together with OJK has conducted outreach in several major cities in Indonesia, including Surabaya, Jakarta, Medan, Semarang, Makassar, Bandung, and Palembang,” stated Lolita, quoted on Thursday (30/4/2026).
In implementing this programme, APRDI collaborates with Makmur as one of the APERDs to expand the reach of investment literacy and inclusion to the public and media.
The series of events continued with a discussion session addressing the development of the mutual fund industry as well as strategies to strengthen literacy and investment inclusion in Indonesia. This session was attended by stakeholders from regulators, associations, and industry players, including Sander Parawira as Co-Chair of PAPERDO (Indonesian Online Mutual Fund Selling Agents Association).
This peak event was also opened to 250 students from selected universities who could directly interact with booths from mutual fund industry players, from Investment Managers (MI) to APERDs, including Makmur. The enthusiasm of the attending students reflects the growing interest of the younger generation in mutual fund investments, in line with the PINTAR programme’s goal of encouraging disciplined and consistent investment habits from an early age.
Makmur was represented by Endang Cahyani, Associate Director, who affirmed the company’s commitment to supporting sustainable investment literacy programmes. “Makmur is committed to continuously improving access to easier and more trustworthy investments for investors in Indonesia. As we have done in major cities like Semarang, Medan, and Makassar, we will continue to educate the public to promote broader investment inclusion,” said Endang.
Makmur’s participation in the entire Road to Mutual Fund Week 2026 series, from Semarang, Medan, and Makassar, to the peak event in the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, underscores the company’s commitment as a strategic partner in Indonesia’s digital mutual fund industry in driving equitable literacy and investment inclusion across Indonesia.
