JAKARTA — Selebgram Nabilah O’Brien says she is no longer a suspect in the case of defamation after a settlement with guitarist Zendhy Kusuma. The mediation with Zendhy at Mabes Polri, Jakarta, took place on Sunday, 8 March 2026. “I forgive everyone, I am no longer a suspect,” Nabilah said after the mediation. The peace agreement was accompanied by the withdrawal of police reports by both sides that had previously filed reports against each other. Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Head of the Public Information Bureau of the Polri Public Relations Division, said the peace was reached after the parties met and signed an agreement of peace. “Ms Z and the wife of Ms ES, and also the parties NA and KDH, four parties attended, then signed the peace agreement. In this peace agreement, as I mentioned earlier, each party has withdrawn their reports,” Trunoyudo said at Mabes Polri on Sunday night. He said the mediation and peace process were conducted after police analyzed two reports submitted to Mampang Police and the Bareskrim Polri. In addition to the withdrawal of reports, the parties also agreed to remove content from their social media posts that disparaged one another. “Thus, in the process of the mediation minutes, then the withdrawal, and earlier everyone present deleted content on their social media as agreed in the peace,” he said. Trunoyudo added that the peace was hoped to provide justice for all involved. Earlier reports indicated that Nabilah had been named a suspect under the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) in relation to defamation and slander. She was reported by Zendhy to Bareskrim Polri. The designation of Nabilah as a suspect was made by the Cyber Crime Directorate of Bareskrim Polri on 28 February 2026. At that time, Zendhy and his wife, Evi Santi, reportedly ordered 11 types of food and three types of drinks with a total bill of Rp 530,150. However, after a dispute in the restaurant’s kitchen area, the two left the location with the order without paying. Separately, Zendhy and his wife were also named suspects by the Mampang Prapatan Police over Nabilah’s report on 24 February 2026.
