Making Jakarta green

I would like to suggest that useless trees like Acacia not be
used for greenery purposes. I noticed that Acacias are planted in
some Jakarta areas.

To make Jakarta green is not done merely by planting any
trees. The beauty, shadiness and quality of the species should
also be taken into account.

Acacia is certainly not the right species to be planted in the
city. This is evident from our observation that no birds, not
even butterflies, perch on the Acacia trees.

It is said that Acacia trees are emitting hot gas which drives
birds away. Apart from that, Acacia trees fall down easily.
