Majapahit hotel gets award

JAKARTA (JP): Hotel Majapahit Mandarin Oriental in Surabaya,
East Java, has been awarded the "Best Hotel by city" in the
December issue of Institutional Investor magazine.

The award was based on a survey last year which reviewed
hotels in 106 cities around the world.

The survey rated Hotel Majapahit as its most favored hotel in
Surabaya.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group operates hotels in Bangkok, Hong
Kong, Honolulu, Jakarta, London, Macao, Manila, San Francisco,
Singapore and Surabaya. The company holds equity in most of the
hotels under its management. (das)
