Maintaining Trust, Polri's Propam Maximises Online Complaints for the Public
Viewed on detikcom, Friday (8/5/2026), via the Instagram account of Divpropam Polri, the public no longer needs to visit police offices to file complaints. The public can use a QR code that connects to the complaint page. On the complaint page, the public is asked to provide the reporter’s identity, the respondent’s identity, the chronology of the alleged violation, and supporting evidence. Polri guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity. Every report received will immediately obtain proof of reporting in the form of an Electronic Propam Complaint Receipt (SP2P2). Reporters can also directly monitor their complaints via their electronic devices. For reporters who wish to check the status of their report on the complaint page, they will be asked to enter the complaint number. After that, the violation complaint status will be displayed. Polri urges the public not to hesitate to report if they encounter any violations. Polri is committed to maintaining integrity to create a precise Polri that is loved by the public.
