Government Rice Reserves (Cadangan Beras Pemerintah, or CBP) constitute a quantity of rice owned by the central government and managed by state logistics corporation Perum BULOG. The reserves function to maintain rice price stability, respond to emergency situations, and address disasters and food insecurity.
