Maidi Case: KPK summons Head of Madiun City's DPMPTSP and Deputy Speaker of Madiun Regency DPRD, Ali Masngudi
Jakarta – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Sumarni (SUM), the Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) in Madiun City, and Ali Masngudi, the Deputy Speaker of the Madiun Regency DPRD, as witnesses in the case of the suspended Mayor Maidi.
The investigations took place at the Office of the State Treasury Service in Madiun City in the name of SUM as Head of the DPMPTSP of Madiun City and AM as Deputy Speaker of the Madiun Regency DPRD, said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Thursday.
In addition to them, Budi said, KPK also summoned the Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD) of Madiun City with initials SUD, as well as MAR and FID, civil servants at the DPMPTSP; DS and KN as aides to the Mayor of Madiun; and AFN as a civil servant at the City Environmental Agency.
According to information gathered, one of the witnesses is Sudandi (SUD), Head of BKAD Madiun City.
Earlier, on 19 January 2026, the KPK conducted an arrest operation (OTT) against Maidi.
On the same date, the KPK disclosed the OTT against Maidi related to project bribes and corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds in Madiun City.
On 20 January 2026, the KPK announced three people had been named as suspects following the OTT, namely the Mayor of Madiun Maidi (MD), Rochim Ruhdiyanto (RR) as Maidi’s confidant, and the Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City Thariq Megah (TM).
The KPK also announced there are two clusters in the case of alleged extortion with the modus operandi of project bribes and CSR funds, as well as other receipts or gratification within the Madiun City Government.
First, alleged extortion involving Maidi and Rochim Ruhdiyanto. Second, alleged gratification involving Maidi and Thariq Megah.
