Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026: Indonesian Classification Bureau Strengthens Women's Roles
In commemoration of Kartini Day, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) or BKI participated in the Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026 organised by IDSurvey Group. The event was held in a hybrid format and attended by women from various entities, including BKI, SUCOFINDO, and Surveyor Indonesia, serving as a platform for collaboration and strengthening women’s roles within organisations. The event, hosted at the IDSurvey headquarters (WIT), carried the theme “Laugh Together, Connect Forever”. This forum provided a space for women in the IDSurvey Group environment to strengthen networks, share experiences, and encourage cross-entity collaboration. The Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026 activities featured various inspiring programmes designed to strengthen connections among participants. The series of events included a hybrid talkshow with Salsabila Avinandita, who shared experiences on personal development, leadership, and the importance of building professional relationships. Additionally, the “Maheswari Badge Hunter” programme was launched as a self-development initiative that can be followed until the end of 2026. The event was also complemented by direct interaction sessions that encouraged togetherness and tightened inter-member relationships in an inclusive and open atmosphere. Through this event, BKI women not only participated in the series of activities but also had the opportunity to expand networks and exchange perspectives with participants from other entities. Such interactions are expected to strengthen collaboration and open opportunities for developing women’s roles in the work environment. Involvement in Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026 also aligns with BKI’s support for women’s empowerment programmes in the state-owned enterprise environment, including the Perempuan Danantara Berkarya initiative. This effort is part of strengthening an inclusive and adaptive work culture. BKI views the strengthening of women’s roles as an important part in building a competitive organisation. Through forums like this, it is hoped that female talents ready to contribute to the company’s future development will emerge.
