Mahayastra Leads Preparation for Compilation of Unaudited 2025 Budget Year Regional Government Financial Report

Regent I Made Mahayastra of Gianyar Regency led a preparatory meeting for the compilation of the Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) Unaudited for the 2025 Budget Year. The meeting was attended by various regional apparatus units within the Gianyar Regency Government.

The meeting took place in the Regent’s Office of Gianyar on Monday (16 March 2026). Mahayastra emphasised the importance of coordination to ensure the regional financial reporting process proceeded on schedule and in accordance with applicable regulations.

“All regional apparatus units must ensure that financial reports are compiled completely and accurately. Timeliness is extremely important because this report will form the basis for examination by the State Audit Board (BPK),” Mahayastra stated on Monday.

Mahayastra also stressed the importance of meticulousness, discipline, and inter-agency coordination in preparing all financial report documents. This was deemed essential to ensure that the presented data was accurate and met government accounting standards.

The meeting also confirmed that the Unaudited LKPD for the 2025 Budget Year must be submitted to the BPK Representative Office for Bali Province no later than the end of March 2026. This complies with statutory provisions concerning the submission of regional government financial reports.

The meeting was attended by the Regent’s Secretary of Gianyar Regency and several heads of Regional Organisation Units (OPD), the Regional Financial Management and Asset Management Agency, and the Inspectorate, all of which play roles in the process of compiling and overseeing financial reports.

In addition to discussing the compilation schedule, the meeting also addressed the stages of financial data reconciliation among regional apparatus units, including the completeness of supporting documents before the report is finalised and submitted to the BPK.
