Mahathir to attend OIC summit

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuter): Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad left for Morocco late on Saturday night to attend the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) summit, the national Bernama news agency reported.

The summit begins tomorrow.

Mahathir is expected to make several stops in Europe before returning to Malaysia on Dec. 20, Bernama said.
