MahakaX reports revenue of Rp 184 billion in 2025
PT Mahaka Media Tbk, or mahakaX, reported revenue of Rp 184 billion in 2025. The company stated it would enhance efficiency and business collaboration to sustain operations amid the dynamic digital media industry.
This was disclosed during the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) held on Monday, 25 May 2026. Shareholders also approved changes to the board of directors. Adrian Syarkawi was appointed as President Director, replacing Ronny W Sugiadha. Aditama Wahyudi Mirza also joined the board.
MahakaX President Director Adrian Syarkawi said the company will focus on maintaining business continuity and strengthening adaptability in the ever-changing creative media industry. ‘Our focus moving forward is to sustain this momentum. With an integrated ecosystem and complementary business units, we believe MahakaX can continue to strengthen its position in the creative digital media industry,’ Syarkawi stated.
He noted that changing audience behaviour and digital platform developments require the media industry to be more adaptive. Therefore, MahakaX will enhance integration between business units to deliver more relevant content and services to the public.
The company will also optimise cross-business collaboration across media, broadcasting, brand activation, events, and community platforms to support long-term business growth.
In 2025, MahakaX reported a negative EBITDA of Rp 11 billion, an operating loss of Rp 15 billion, and a net loss of Rp 26 billion. The company stated these figures were part of efforts to maintain operational efficiency amid challenges in the media industry and the current economic climate.
Due to negative equity, the company decided not to distribute dividends for the 2025 financial year.
