Magsaysay Award correction

I would to clarify on an article on Teten among Magsaysay
award winners on the front page of the Aug. 2 edition.

My grandfather Raden Kodijat received the Ramon Magsaysay
Award in May 1961 for his effort and dedication to freeing the
Indonesian people from a disfiguring and crippling disease. The
profile of Raden Kodijat can be retrieved from the Ramon
Magsaysay website.

On the list provided from the same website, Raden Kodijat was
mistakenly put under "Indian" country. I have communicated with
the office of Ramon Magsaysay Foundation in the Philippines to
make the correction. But I also would like to request that your
newspaper put his name down as an Indonesian Ramon Magsaysay
awardee in the year of 1961 for the category of government
service.
